It has many names…Speculoos, cookie butter, or should I say…EVIL?
If you haven’t experienced this culinary marvel, proceed with caution. It’s like potato chips, you can’t stop at one spoonful. Better yet, if you want to flashback to traveling and the dual snack pack of cookies handed out on the airplane, this will take you there.
For me, I go back to an early morning flight when the flight attendant asks if you would like a snack, sure…out of all things, cookies? Not just any two pack cookie, these cookies can even be breakfast….so can the butter.
Now it’s in a BUTTER! Yes, we love butter, it can be any kind of butter. This just happens to be a butter you can even melt and put over ice cream, spread on bread if you dare, but while nobody is looking just take a WOMENT and go face down with a spoonful or ten. No shame!
