Sadly, my company had some layoffs recently due to covid and I received the loveliest note and gift from Sarah who had reported to me. Sarah’s ability to push and lift me up at a time when she was going through a life changing moment for herself, is amazing.
We need to do this for each other as women. Pick each other up, encourage each other, even when we aren’t feeling our best. It’s important. I will be forever grateful to her for that.
